Unfortunately, once a survey has been created, it cannot be altered or deleted. If modifications are necessary, we recommend creating a new survey to suit your requirements. You can choose to expire a survey early using the secret key that is provided when the survey is created.
Can I modify or delete individual feedback after submission?
Once feedback is submitted, it cannot be modified or deleted. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the anonymous feedback process and ensure transparency.
Who can access or view the feedback I submit?
Anyone with access to the survey may be able to see your feedback, depending on how the survey was initially configured. The survey creator, or those with access to the secret key, can export and view all feedback. To safeguard anonymity, refrain from including personal details or specific incidents when providing feedback.
How do I export the feedback?
If you are the survey creator, or you have the secret key, simply visit the survey URL and click the "Export Survey Feedback" link to receive an email with all feedback.
Will managers receive the feedback?
If manager's email addresses were provided as survey summary recipients during survey creation, a summary of all feedback will automatically be emailed to them when the survey expires. Managers and other survey summary recipients will not see who provided feedback.
How do I know if managers will receive feedback?
On each survey, check under the Expiration heading for confirmation. If managers were added as survey summary recipients, you will see the following notice: "When the survey expires, all feedback will be emailed to manager1@example.com, manager2@example.com."

Surveys remain active between 1 and 180 days from creation, based on the user-defined number of expiration days. When the survey expires, all content will be automatically deleted. If survey summary recipients were provided, they should receive an email containing the feedback summary. You can choose to expire a survey early using the secret key that is provided when the survey is created.

No, the sending of survey summary emails is on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed. To ensure data is retained, visit the survey before expiration to export all feedback.
